If your home was built from the mid-1990s onward there is a fair chance it already has a termite reticulation system in the ground, and a fair chance nobody has recharged it in years. An empty system offers no protection at all.
We refill and recharge existing reticulation systems across Perth, and install new ones for existing homes and new builds. Installed and treated in accordance with AS 3660, by a technician licensed with the WA Health Department. Fixed price quoted before we start, written report on completion.

A termite reticulation system is a network of pipes laid in the soil around the perimeter of your home, connected to filling points at the surface. A licensed technician pumps termiticide through the lines, which disperses through the emitters into the surrounding soil and forms a treated zone.
Subterranean termites have to travel through soil to reach the timber in your house. The treated zone means they meet the product before they get in. Under AS 3660 that is a termite management system, designed to intercept and kill at the perimeter and to work alongside annual inspections, not to replace them.
The advantage of reticulation over a standard chemical treatment is re-application. Rather than digging and drilling the perimeter again every time the treated zone needs renewing, the pipes are already there. Recharging takes hours rather than days and costs a fraction of the original install.
The catch is that it only works if it is actually recharged. Termiticide breaks down in soil over time. Once a system has passed its interval, the pipes are still in the ground but the protection is gone.
Altis is one of the most common systems installed in Perth homes. We refill and maintain Altis lines to restore the full chemical barrier and ensure consistent termiticide flow through all outlets.
TermX uses high-quality piping designed for long-term termite protection. We provide complete TermX refills, performance checks, and pressure testing to confirm the barrier is still active.
These systems run around the perimeter of the slab and require periodic recharging to stay effective. Our technicians inspect, flush, and refill the lines using approved non-repellent termiticides.
Older homes often have reticulation installed after construction, running under pavers, garden beds or pathways. We locate the lines, pressure test for blockages, breaks and leaks, and confirm the product is dispersing evenly before we sign the job off.
The treated zone is renewed each time the system is recharged, so protection can be maintained for the life of the house without repeating the original excavation.
The pipework itself is designed to stay serviceable for the life of the building. What needs renewing is the termiticide inside it, on schedule.
Product goes into the soil where it is needed rather than being applied broadly across the property. We use APVMA-registered termiticides applied strictly to label, and we will tell you what is going into the ground before we start.

It protects against subterranean termites, which are the species that damage Perth homes. Those termites travel through the soil to reach a building, and the treated zone is what they have to cross. It is a perimeter management system, so it works alongside annual inspections rather than instead of them.
A new install on an existing home means trenching around the perimeter, and lifting pavers or cutting concrete wherever the line has to pass under a hard surface. We reinstate what we lift. How much of your perimeter is paved or concreted is the main thing that affects both the price and the time on site. A refill on an existing system is far simpler. No excavation, and usually a few hours.
Yes, a termite barrier system can be installed on existing properties. Our team will assess your property and design a system that provides optimal protection.
We use APVMA-registered termiticides applied strictly to label. Before we start we will tell you which areas to keep pets and children away from and for how long. Termiticides are toxic to aquatic life, so tell us in advance if you have a pond or fish tank near the perimeter and we will work around it.
