Protect Your Property with Physical Termite Barriers in Perth

Services

Types of Physical Termite Barriers We Provide

Physical Termite Barriers

Plastic Sheet Barriers

High-strength plastic membranes are infused with insect-resistant properties and installed under slabs or around retaining walls. These flexible sheets create an impermeable seal against termites and moisture.

Steel Termite Barriers

This system uses finely woven, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel mesh installed around service pipes and slab perimeters. Termites can’t chew through or squeeze between the tiny gaps, providing lifelong protection that doesn’t degrade over time.

Barriers

Graded Stone Barriers

These systems use precisely sized, hard granules placed around foundations. Termites can’t move or tunnel through the tightly packed stones, ensuring natural, eco-friendly termite protection that also enhances drainage.

Signs You Need Physical Termite Barrier Protection

Timber Sounding Hollow

When timber in your home produces a hollow sound when tapped, it’s often a sign that termites have eaten the inside, leaving only a thin outer layer. This indicates hidden damage that can quickly spread without proper protection.

Mud Tubes Near Slab Edges

Termites build mud tubes along walls, foundations, and slab edges to travel undetected. Spotting these pencil-sized tunnels around your property is a strong indication of termite activity nearby.

Visible Cracks or Gaps

Food products that are stored, such as grains, will tend to attract pests such as weevils and rodents. We provide Certified HACCP pest control agents to protect your storage against contamination.

Previous Termite Activity in Nearby Homes

Kitchens and restaurants have the greatest pest risks as a result of food remnants and a heated environment. We rid your premises fast, clean your premises to all health code standards.

What is a Physical Termite Barrier?

A physical termite barrier is a durable layer installed around and beneath your property to stop termites from entering the structure. Unlike chemical treatments, these barriers rely on solid physical materials, such as stainless-steel mesh, graded stone, or reinforced plastic sheets, to create a permanent obstacle that termites cannot chew through or bypass. They’re designed to comply with Australian Standards (AS 3660), offering reliable, non-toxic termite protection for years.

I have used many pest control companies in the past, and although I was skeptical using a new pest guy for my house Daniel has delivered above and beyond. Not only has he got a lovely character but he came out again 2 weeks after his initial spray to redo the whole house because bugs were coming out from his initial spray at no charge at all. I would highly recommend and use him over again any day. Definitely worth every money spent.

Daniel went above and beyond on our home in Carramar. Very happy with the result - not a single (alive) spider or cockroach to be seen! Will be repeat customers and have passed his details on to friends. Thank you!

Wow oh wow, I did not expect to come home to dead bodies everywhere and no I don’t mean because it’s near Halloween. I mean spider bodies. I was so annoyed with everytime I go outside spiders everywhere. So I contacted Daniel and he came out the next week, great service, great guy, plus he cleaned all the cobwebs and love how he said it’s like vegan so safe for our cats as they are our babies. This is the best thing we have done to the outside and love the fact the spiders are now all gone. Highly recommended. Thanks heaps Dan
